Privacy statement flissebaalje.nl
Version 1.2 – 22 October 2026
On this website we handle your personal data with care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, AVG). Below, we explain in plain language what we do.
Who are we?
This website is provided by:
- Flissebaalje BV (KvK 59468947)
- Flissebaalje Interim (KvK 72255056)
Both are from Fred Flissebaalje and are jointly responsible for processing your data. We are active in IT services and interim work, real estate (purchase and sale brokerage and advice), and photography.
Questions about privacy? Email info@flissebaalje.nl.
Which data do we process?
Only if you use the contact form:
- name
- e-mail address
- your message
In addition, the hosting provider processes technical data (such as your IP address) that is necessary to display and secure the website.
Why and on what legal basis?
We use your details to respond to your question. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering questions from visitors. If this leads to an assignment, we also use your details to carry out the agreement and for our administration.
How does the contact form reach us?
The form is forwarded by e-mail to info@flissebaalje.nl. We do not store the data in a separate database on the website.
CAPTCHA
To prevent spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly captcha that does not place tracking cookies and does not follow you across websites.
Cookies
We do not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies, and we do not send a newsletter. Where necessary, we only place functional cookies that are required for the website to work; no consent is needed for these.
Photos
The website may show photos of homes and portrait photos. We only show people who are recognisable in the image with their permission. If you want a photo of yourself removed, please email us and we will remove the photo as soon as possible.
When you engage Flissebaalje (purchase or sale)
If you give us an assignment for the purchase or sale of a property, we process more data than through the contact form.
Which data?
- identity: name, date and place of birth, occupation, marital status and matrimonial property regime;
- contact details: address, e-mail address, telephone number;
- details about the property and the transaction (for example purchase/sale conditions, asking price, brokerage fee);
- where necessary, financial information, such as a mortgage declaration or proof of financing;
- a copy of your identity document, to verify your identity under the Wwft (Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act).
Why and on what legal basis?
- to perform the assignment (performance of the contract);
- to comply with legal obligations: identification under the Wwft (Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act) and the tax retention obligation.
With whom do we share data? Only where this is necessary for the assignment:
- the notary;
- an appraiser;
- the counterparty and their estate agent;
- Funda and other property platforms;
- possibly a cooperating estate agent.
By purchase or sale assignment, you give explicit consent by default for the publication of photos and the property address. We record that consent in the assignment confirmation. You may withdraw it at any time; we will then end the publication as quickly as possible. Material that has already been distributed and can no longer be retrieved is beyond our power to remove.
How long do we keep this?
- identification data (Wwft): 5 years after the end of the business relationship;
- administrative and assignment data: 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation).
Afterwards, we delete the data.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep data from the contact form for a maximum of 2 years after our last contact. If this leads to an assignment, we keep the data needed for administration longer, due to the statutory tax retention period of 7 years.
With whom do we share data?
We do not sell your data to third parties. However, we do use the following:
- Strato (Germany, within the EU) for hosting and e-mail.
- the captcha service above.
Your data is not stored outside the EU by us. For spam protection, Cloudflare (Turnstile) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. This may take place outside the EU; for this, Cloudflare relies on the standard contractual clauses (SCCs) of the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Only the owner has access to the site's management environment (CMS).
Security
The website is secured with HTTPS, so data is transmitted in encrypted form. Access to our e-mail account and to the management of the site is restricted to the owner.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions that are based solely on automated processing and that have a significant effect on you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG), you can ask us to:
- access to your data;
- correction of incorrect data;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing or to object;
- transfer of your data (data portability);
- to withdraw your consent, where processing is based on it. This does not affect processing carried out before that.
Email info@flissebaalje.nl. We will respond within one month. We may first ask you to confirm your identity.
Complaint?
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
We may update this statement. The latest version is always available on this website, with its date and version number.
